Anyway how long has it been since my last upload, clearly to long it seems ^-^;

So what's the update about I hear you asking, for anyone interested that is, well since starting on the lifesize Impmon figure I have realized one thing.

Scissors are the absolute devil  D':

All jokes aside cutting up all the individual pieces takes forever, time that I could spend doing other more important things ( besides wallowing in my own depression, curses for my lack of motivation T-T )

So finding out for the past week that there actually exist a machine that can do the cutting for you, my mind was literally blown.

And between a Cricut and a Cameo 4 I have finally decided to go for the Cameo 4 ( Because screw the required subscription that Cricut forces you to take to use the machine in the first place )

I mean don't get me wrong, the amount of monies I poured into this thing was definitely 100 % over my budget for crafts related things ever ( Reason why I always used scissors in the first place for all my crafts projects )

But still I feel that this won't only save me a lot of time like I mentioned before, but I also see this thing as an investment as well since most of my craft related things I do with paper anyway ( But that's just me justifying and making excuses for myself for even buying this thing in the first place, lets hope I won't regret it lol )

I haven't opened the box yet either, that will probably be for tomorrow, and as a test I'll probably do something Tamers related, dunno what yet but we'll see.

And besides the waaay to expensive automised cutter, I've also bought some small sized double sided tape, large bottles of acrylic paints to paint the figure and some good quality waterproof sealant, both matt and gloss ( also brushes obviously )

I guess that I normally wouldn't update you guys with my craft related spendings ( because that's weird, let's be real here ) but I decided to make an exception this time since I probably won't post for quite a while again and it is related to the project, and it gave me the excuse to make this cute Jeri drawing of course :3

Also forgive me for the psychedelic background, I'm not good at backgrounds in general so I don't really know what I was even going for here, but it's something sooo ... there you go ^-^;

Anyway the next post will probably be the test thing I'm going to do with the Cameo 4, and then we'll see.

I'll probably go back and forth on the reference sheets that I still need to finish for the Digimon and characters, the Tamers episodes reviews ( trust me, it takes this long because I decided to review both the English and Japanese version separately from now on, poor me since writing isn't my best skill T-T ), the Digivolution and Card Slash comic pages that I wanted to do ( The first one, Terriermon to Gargomon, is mostly finished believe me, I just need to figure out how to frame the panels for this one so that it will actually look somewhat decent, from then it's just switching the Digimon ), and of course finishing the lifesize Impmon figure project.

Oof, what have I done to myself lol, sooo much stuff to do, but when it'll be done even I don't know.
